LECTOTYPE Liparis barbatus Ekström, 1833
Object remarks: Female. According to labels and catalogue the spm. is collected after publication! Protolog not seen. Date is probabaly erroneous. EIÅ/ 2000. Lectotype designation in Chernova 2008: 832. Date given (17 Jan 1833) is probably date of arrivel at the museum. The history of the two specimens is obscure and should be researched. The collection of Bonde at Hörningsholm was transferred to the high school in Strängnäs (B Viklund/ENT), but no fishes were left in Strängnäs in Feb 2007. The origin of the paralectotype in Göteborg was not researched. /EIÅ, 2010
