Object remarks: The large and one of the two small specimens lacks one pectoral fin each, probably for tissue sample/EIÅ, 2008.
Locality remarks: "tributary of River Mae Nam Taeng, but in forest on a dirtpath without village as far as we know. Roads were very winded and maps not precise enough. We ended up at a road even on the wrong side of a mountain ridge, therefore it is impossible for us to locate it precisely. But it was within 10 km around Sop Kai and maximally 4 km from the river Mae Nam Taeng." /Bohlen, 2005.
