Object remarks: Five additional specimens cleared and stained by R Britz, now NRM 40281.
Locality remarks: Stream 8-10m wide and 0.5-1m deep, with slow flowing, clear, greenish water. No proper seining, seine just thrown in water. No shadow. Open landscape with rice fields on land, grass on bank, and no plants in water. Bottom mud and sand. No human influence or local fishing observed. Fixation: formalin.
