SYNTYPE Macrourus Fabricii
Object remarks: Name updated from Lepidoleprus fabricii. Length is an estimate - tip of tail is broken. Also specimens referred to Coryphaena rupestris by Fabricius, 1780 and Macrourus rupestris by Bloch, 1785 should be syntypes. Stored in exhibition "Naturkabinettet" up to 2008. /EIÅ, 2007-2008.
