Object remarks: Origin and identity obscure. Oldest label by FA Smitt: "Trigla pini /Bl./" [probably citing a quensel label] "lineata, Lin." added by Andersson's hand + "Låg i gamla samlingen tillhopa med en Trigla cuculus utan lokal". The other specimen is possibly NRM 2798 or 2807. Andersson catalogued this specimen in 1907 as Trigla lineata citing Smitt's comment although Andersson didn't seem to consider cuculus - or couldn't find the specimen mentioned by Smitt. More research needed. /EIÅ, 2008
