Object remarks: Knife fishes stood in schoold of 30-40 specimens betwen larger rocks, where it was shadow/dark.
Locality remarks: Ca 10 m wide river, shallow with fast running portions. Bottom of sand and rock. Parts with fine sand slow flowing. Air temp. 29.5°C. Later visit after strong rain gave water temp 22.7°C, air. temp 26.1°C.
