Locality remarks: Dates 12-15 Oct 1991. Clear water. White sand bottom where igarapé empties. Lake shore very muddy with logs and leaf heaps. Large areas with water plants. Also air temp 32°C, hardness and Fe not measurable. Coordinates for Alter do Chao estimated from map HDN/2000.
