Object remarks: Prev.# also: NRM 10743; separated from lot of originally 9 specimens: dispersed to NRM 10743(6), 13743(1) and ZSM(1). One specimen not located in 1990. Neotype of both Cobitis rubidipinnis Blyth, 1860 and Cobitis semizonata Blyth, 1860, designated by Kottelat, 1990.
Locality remarks: Probably collected Apr-Dec 1935. Original label: 'Rangoon 8/1 o 18/4 - 36'.
