Object remarks: The dark middorsal stripe was a characteristic that made three genus with 15 species, belong to only one species, which was M. agilis. However, M. nigropunctata distribution is the Amazon rainforest. Probably this species had a widder range decades ago or it can be Aspronema dorsivittatum, but this species is only found in Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil and Bolivia.
