Object remarks: This species was determined as Bufo glaberrimus, currently categorized as Rhaebo glaberrimus. However, the specimens belong to another species, which is Rhaebo ecuadoriensis. Rhaebo ecuadorensis is very similar to Rhaebo glaberrimus. However, it differs from the Colombian species Rhaebo glaberrimus in that the cloacal opening is at mid-thigh level (ventral thigh level in Rhaebo glaberrimus).
