HOLOTYPE Syrrhophus calcaratus Andersson, 1945
Object remarks: Name updated from Syrrhophus calcaratus following Lynch 1974 (according to Elmer in litt 2007).
Locality remarks: Coordinates for Archidona (550 masl). The river pasing is Rio Misahualli. I can find no Río Casanga, but well a river Cosanga and a place namn Cosanga. Upper Río Cosanga is at least 27 km to the NNW of Archidona. /EIÅ, 2015
