Object remarks: Probably part of type series of Elassoma evergladei orlandicum Lönnberg, 1894:123, cf cited paper 151. One specimen pale, removed from exhibition in 1975. 'Oslando' [sic.] - now NRM 60901
Locality remarks: Snelson et al, 2009 (citing Gilbert, 2004) read the locality as Bagdad, interpreting is as Bagdad in Santa Rosa Co. At the field label is stated "Orlando Baghead". There is no reason to believe this place to be far from Orange Co. I can find no such place as Baghead, but possibly it is Bearhead lake which is about 10 km S of central Orlando /EIÅ, 2010
