Object remarks: NRM 5713 and 5714 seems to have been mixed in 1936 when 2 (?) spm. were sent on loan to Lindberg, ZIL. Those two spms seem to be lost (they were not found in Leningrad in 1990). Originally 5713 incl 11 spms from Egedesminde 13 Jul 1870 and 5714 incl 3 spms from Grönland collected by Torell [in 1859].
Locality remarks: Maybe mix with lot: 'Grönland. Torell.' Otto Torell was in Greenland in 1859 only! His last polar expedition was to Spitsbergen in 1861. Participants in 1870: A.E. Nordenskiöld, S. Berggren, P. Öberg, and Th. Nordström. Accession year assumed.
