Object remarks: HOLOTYPE ? Labels from Sparrman or Quensel, and from Dalman etc. Listed by L.G. Andersson (1899) p. 34. Linnaeus, 1758 refers to Mus. de Geer and Seba - formally this should be a syntype - there might even be a Seba spm. left somewere (cf. Boeseman, 1970)/EIĆ, 1993.
Locality remarks: After Carl de Geer's death in 1778 his widow the same year presented the greater part of his collections to the Academy of Science, of which NRM was a part.
