SYNTYPE Coluber mycterizans Linnaeus
Object remarks: NRM 81 and 82 previously in one jar. Probabaly Linnaeus considered them conspecific. Lectotype designation needed. Labels from Ulriksdal, Dalman etc. stored with NRM 81. Listed by L.G. Andersson (1899) p. 14-15. Origin of specimen probably Suriname. / EIÅ, 2016
Locality remarks: Collection built up from about 1743. Including material collected by Löfling, Hasselqvist, Brander etc. A minor part from the Seba Collection. Material described and published by Linnaeus in Museum Adolphi Fiderici in 1754 and 1764. Originally at Ulriksdals Castle. Transferred from Drottningholm Castle to KVA in 1801/EIÅ, 2015 And to NRM in 1841/1848 /EIÅ, 2023
