Object remarks: SYNTYPE ? Cut open - containing a frog. Listed by L.G. Andersson (1899) p. 22. Previous labels from Ulriksdal, Dalman, etc. This is a syntype if no lectotype is designated. Syntype serie consists of NRM 37, 40, 41, UUZM 2, 90, and maybe also material from Seba and Gronovius./EIÅ, 1993.
Locality remarks: Dates (material descr. by Linnaeus) predates 1754. Originally at Ulriksdals Castle. Transferred from Drottningholm Castle to KVA [=later NRM] in 1801.
