Object remarks: TYPE ? Dalman label: 'Tejus Amejva Merr. Lac. Ameiva Linn.'. An additional old label (probably from Quensel) now broken: '...iva', but originally (according to L G Andersson) 'Lacerta ? Ameiva'. An origin from Mus. Drottningholm can not be excluded. Possible syntype of Lacerta ameiva. Cf also NRM 1467-1468. More research needed /EIÅ, 1999.
